Privacy Policy

1. General Information on Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat all information you provide to us confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is any information that can identify you personally – for example, your name, email address, or phone number. According to the GDPR, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

– to communicate with you (e.g. in response to enquiries submitted by email or via the contact form)

– to arrange and conduct appointments

– to enable and manage your registration for seminars and training programmes

– and, if you have expressly consented, to inform you via the newsletter function of our website about new offers, events, or content.

Providing this data is always voluntary.

The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or – if a registration or participation takes place – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

We do not use any tracking or analytics tools and do not share your data with third parties unless you have expressly consented to this or there is a legal obligation to do so.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet – particularly communication by email – may be subject to security vulnerabilities.

Complete protection of your data against access by third parties is not technically possible.

2. Withdrawal of Consent & SSL/TLS Encryption

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. The withdrawal can be made informally via email. The legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect the transmission of data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar and the padlock icon.
When encryption is active, data you transmit via the website – for example, via a form – cannot be read by third parties. This protects your personal information and enhances transmission security.

3. Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

You have the right, within the limits of the law, to obtain information about your stored personal data free of charge.
This includes: – the origin of your data, – its recipients, – the purpose of data processing, – and the right to rectification, restriction (blocking), or erasure of this data.
Information will be provided free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (see Art. 12(5) GDPR).
