Part A: General Terms
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and services by Julia Peters. These include, in
particular, energetic and shamanic healing, remote treatments, online and in-person seminars, consultations, personalized support, and intuitive artistic work.
2. Services
The services offered aim to support the activation of the body’s self-healing abilities.
They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
No diagnoses are made and no guarantees of healing are given.
Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.
3. Contract Conclusion & Registration
A contract is formed upon registration by email, through an online form, or by personal arrangement followed by confirmation. By registering, participants accept these terms.
4. Prices & Payment
The applicable prices are those stated at the time of registration. All amounts are final prices. Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. For remote healing sessions, payment is due on the day of the session. For in-person seminars, cash payment on site is possible by prior arrangement. Participation is only possible after full payment has been received.
5. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Rebooking
The following rules apply depending on the type of service booked.
5.1 On-Site Seminars
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 21 days before the start of the workshop.
In the event of a later cancellation, a partial Energy Exchange (workshop fee) will be due:
- Cancellation 20 to 7 days before the start: 30%
- Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the start: 60%
Failure to attend without prior cancellation, or cancellation less than 48 hours before the start:
- 100% of the agreed Energy Exchange (workshop fee)
The relevant date is the date on which the written cancellation is received.
Any payments already made will be refunded accordingly.
If a replacement participant is provided, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Rebooking of in-person events is generally not possible.
5.2 Online Training
Energetic trainings (e.g., Heart Crystal Healer, Unicorn Healer) consist of interdependent modules.
Booking is only possible as a complete package. Additional individual practice modules can be booked later.
The total amount must be paid before the start. Alternatively, two installments may be agreed.
Withdrawal is possible within 14 days after booking, provided the first module has not yet taken place
(in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Rebookings are possible by arrangement.
5.3 Remote & Shamanic Healing
Each session is individually scheduled. Payment is due on the treatment day. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For late or no cancellations, the full amount may be charged.
For short-notice bookings (within 14 days), the participant agrees that the service begins before the legal
withdrawal period ends. Once the remote healing is completed, the right of withdrawal expires (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
6. Disclaimer & Duty to Cooperate
All services are performed with utmost care and best intent. Liability for any resulting damage is excluded.
Participants bear full responsibility for their decisions and actions before, during, and after sessions or
events. Conscious cooperation is part of the process.
7. Participation Conditions
Participation is reserved for adults. Emotional and psychological stability and responsibility for one’s own process are required.
Individuals with acute mental illness or instability cannot participate. Julia Peters reserves the right to
exclude participants for justified reasons.
Minors need written parental consent or must be accompanied. Proof may be requested.
8. Personalized Energy Drawings
Upon request, Julia Peters creates individually channeled energy drawings (e.g., unicorns, dragons, spirit
animals) with a personal message, intuitively connected to the client, often via a photo.
Orders are made via phone or email. Prices follow current listings and are payable in advance.
The A3 artwork is mailed in a protective tube after payment.
As a personal custom product, no right of withdrawal applies (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Julia Peters may retain a color copy for future anonymous use (e.g., card decks, art books).
Personal messages or data will not be used.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping costs are borne in full by the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
The creation of a personalised Energy Artwork requires a processing time of approximately 14 days to one month, depending on the current volume of orders.
The subsequent delivery time depends on the destination country and, within Europe, usually takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Photo Use & Data Protection:
Photos may be sent voluntarily and are used only for intuitive alignment, then deleted unless agreed
otherwise.
Data (name, address, delivery info) is processed per GDPR and shared only if needed for delivery.
Email communication implies consent. Data is handled confidentially.
9. Data Protection
The protection of personal data is treated with the utmost care by Julia Peters.
All collected data is used exclusively for the provision of the agreed services and for communication with participants.
No data will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the express consent of the person concerned.

10. Copyright
All content – including texts, meditations, audio files, illustrations, logos, custom artwork, photos, and
materials – is copyrighted by Julia Peters. Reproduction or distribution requires prior written consent.
11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
French law applies, especially Articles 1119 and 1171 of the Civil Code and Article L. 441-1 of the Commercial Code. The place of jurisdiction is Foix, unless otherwise provided by law.
12. Additional Notes
The energetic and spiritual healing methods offered by Julia Peters are intended to support and activate the body’s natural self-healing abilities.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment. No diagnoses are made, and no promises of healing are given.
Participation in and use of these services is entirely at the participant’s own responsibility. It is the participant’s free choice whether and in what way they wish to use the energetic services in addition to any existing medical or therapeutic care.
The energetic treatments may provide meaningful support and guidance on an emotional, spiritual, or energetic level. However, they are intended solely as a complementary practice and should not be understood as an alternative or replacement for medical care.
Ongoing medical or therapeutic treatments should never be interrupted or discontinued.
Julia Peters accepts no liability for any health-related, psychological, or personal decisions made in connection with the services offered.
No mind-altering drugs or medications are administered during the seminars and workshops offered by Julia Peters.
Note for Germany: Spiritual healing does not fall under the German Healing Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz), according to the ruling of the German Federal Constitutional Court of 2 March 2004 (Case No. 1 BvR 784/03).
Participants with psychological or psychiatric conditions (e.g. depression, psychosis, or comparable diagnoses) are required to inform Julia Peters prior to participation.
The same applies to contagious illnesses or health conditions that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
Julia Peters accepts no liability for any psychological or physical harm that may arise in connection with participation, including travel to and from the event.
By registering, whether verbally or in writing, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them.
Part B:
Special Terms for the "Weib-Licht"- Journey and Other Healing Journeys

The “Weib-Licht” Healing Journeys (or healing journeys under another name) are offered for self-discovery, relaxation, and personal growth.
They do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or healthcare treatment.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation requires:
- Physical fitness for hiking and outdoor activities
- Emotional and psychological stability
- Personal responsibility in caring for oneself

Nature, Outdoor Conditions, and Personal Responsibility
The journeys take place intentionally in natural outdoor settings (e.g. mountains, forests, waterfalls, and unpaved paths).
As a result, certain risks may arise, including:
- Slips and falls
- Changing weather conditions
- Uneven or difficult terrain
Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
Each participant is personally responsible for:
- Suitable clothing and equipment
- Assessing their own physical capabilities
- Their personal safety while in the natural environment
5. Liability
The organisers shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability is excluded for:
- Accidents or injuries occurring during the activities
- Health-related consequences arising during or after the journey
- Damage resulting from the participant’s own actions or negligence
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings
6. Insurance
Each participant is responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
We strongly recommend taking out the following insurance policies:
- Travel Health Insurance
- Accident Insurance
- Trip Cancellation Insurance
Trip Cancellation Insurance protects against financial losses in the event of a cancellation (for example, due to illness)
7. Minimum Number of Participants
Minimum Number of Participants
The journey will take place with a minimum of 5 participants.
If this minimum number is not reached, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the journey.
In this case, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
8. Schedule and Changes

The course of the journey is flexible and guided intuitively.
Changes to the programme may be made at any time, particularly due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety considerations
- Group dynamics and group processes
9. Registration & Payment

Your place is secured upon receipt of the agreed Energy Exchange (payment).
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the journey is possible at any time in writing.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Up to 60 days before the start of the journey: free cancellation
- 59 to 30 days before the start of the journey: 50% of the total price
- From 29 days before the start of the journey: 100% of the total price
A replacement participant may be provided at any time, provided that they meet the participation requirements.
11. Illness and Special Circumstances
In the event of documented illness or a serious and unforeseeable circumstance, a transfer to a later date may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.
12. Cancellation by the Organisers
The journey may only be cancelled by the organisers for a valid reason, in particular in the event of:
- Illness
- Force majeure
- Unforeseeable circumstances
In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
13. Exclusion from Participation
In the event of behaviour that endangers the group, seriously disrupts the course of the journey, or violates applicable laws, the organisers reserve the right to exclude a participant from the journey.
In such cases, no refund of the journey fee will be provided.
14. Final Provision
By registering, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to this journey.
This journey is a space of mindfulness, connection, and personal responsibility.
We invite you to help shape this space consciously and respectfully.
Part C: Terms of Participation for Training Groups and Shamanic Spirit Teachings
Terms of Participation
By registering, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The “Shamanic Spirit Teachings” are a spiritual training and self-discovery programme that takes place within a fixed group.
In order to create a protected, trusting, and committed space for all participants, the following conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.
1. Introductory Taster Day
Before the training begins, participants have the opportunity to attend an introductory and orientation day.
This day serves as an opportunity for mutual acquaintance and personal orientation.
Participation in the introductory day does not oblige participants to subsequently join the training group.
2. Structure and Duration of the Training
The basic training programme (Shamanic Spirit Teachings) consists of six weekend modules, which take place approximately one month apart.
The content of each module builds upon the previous one and supports an ongoing process of personal and spiritual development. Regular participation supports both the individual integration of the teachings and the stability and continuity of the group.
By registering, a place is reserved for the entire duration of the training programme.
3. Participation Fees and Payment Terms
Participation may be paid for as follows:
Individual Payment: €220 per weekend
Full Package: €1,200 for the entire basic training
Payment may be made either by bank transfer or in cash on site.
When booking the full package, the full amount is due before the beginning of the first training weekend.
4. Commitment to Participation / Absences
The training group is designed as a closed and committed group process.
As the number of participants is limited and each place is reserved exclusively, the participation fee remains payable even in the event of non-attendance or early withdrawal from the training.
Missed modules cannot be refunded or made up at a later date.
In serious exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness, accident, or a family emergency), an individual solution may be arranged following personal consultation. However, there is no entitlement to such an arrangement.
If the full package has already been paid in advance, the modules already attended will, in such exceptional cases, be charged at the regular individual rate. Any remaining balance may be refunded proportionally.
5. Personal Responsibility and Health Requirements
Participation in the “Shamanic Spirit Teachings” takes place at the participant’s own responsibility.
The programme is intended for spiritual self-discovery and personal development and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or healthcare treatment.
Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical and psychological capacity. In cases of existing psychological conditions or acute crisis situations, it is recommended to seek professional advice before participating.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other mind-altering substances is not permitted.
6. Confidentiality
All personal content, experiences, and conversations shared within the group will be treated confidentially.
Participants undertake not to disclose any personal information about other group members to third parties.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of registration, organisation of the training programme, and invoicing.
It will not be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

8. Cancellation by the Organiser
Should the training programme be unable to take place due to organisational reasons or an insufficient number of participants, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
No further claims may be made.
