Perhaps you too recognize yourself in all of these names and remember who you once were.

 

Since my childhood (*1979), I have had intense dreams and a sensitive perception of other realms. I was never truly aware that I was different. I only understood this much later.

After school, I wanted to go into the artistic field. But life led me onto the path of healing. I explored various alternative healing methods such as herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Qi Gong, massage, and much more — yet I felt increasingly drawn toward spiritual healing.

I received energetic and shamanic training from different spiritual teachers and healers, especially from Sophia Kunyu, Chief-Mamani of Spirit Waters.

 

To earn a living, I took on various jobs and spent two years working in real estate. Yet this work did not fulfill me. I entered the field of education and became an educator for children. Many children are highly sensitive, just as I was myself as a child. They need a different kind of guidance into adulthood. They are called Indigo, Crystal, or Rainbow Children. And many new children with special gifts are being born.

 

At the same time as my training, I discovered a flyer for my first “Tensegrity Seminar” in Berlin. “Tensegrity” is a shamanic practice from Mexico based on the ancient wisdom of the Toltecs, inspired by the books of Carlos Castaneda. In his writings, he describes the path of the warrior as a shamanic journey of awareness — a path that, through discipline, inner work, and the retrieval of lost energy, leads to expanded states of perception and inner freedom.

More seminars followed, and I found a practice group in Berlin. There, I learned to recapitulate my past, gain a different perspective on life, and retrieve my lost energy.

 

The shamanic “Dreamteachings” of Sophia Kunyu guided me even deeper into myself and my own inner themes. During shamanic drum journeys, I learned to retrieve lost soul parts, release limiting beliefs and soul contracts, and heal karmic and ancestral themes. I also quickly learned to journey independently in the shamanic realms.

 

Then a challenging period entered my life, during which I had to face my deepest fears. In this time of darkness, a Light Crystal Dragon was born within my heart: “Crystal-Light.” She is pure light and love. She became my teacher and trained me in inner heart healing. She helped me awaken the light within my heart and build starlight fields. Many other dragons continued to train me. My connection with the Crystal Dragons, unicorns, and star beings still exists today.

 

In this way, my shamanic and energetic work became increasingly filled with light. Transformative starlight and various tools of light became part of my work — therefore one could perhaps describe it as Star Shamanism.

 

During this time, I decided to make a great change in my life — something not everyone could understand, but which was necessary for me to continue on my path. I left Berlin and moved to the South of France, leaving my old life behind. During this time I healed my inner child and my deepest wounds and my most difficult topics.

 

Today, I wish to share the wisdom of “Heart Crystal Healing.”
